First picture is a beach at the Pacific coast, roughly 157 km away from San José, the capital of Costa Rica. Lots of animals inhabit the place, including monkeys, crabs, sloths, and iguanas. It's a national park, so please don't litter when doing a holiday there.
Germans: Do not reserve spots with your towels!

The second card shows "Volcán Arenal" (
link to wikipedia). It's one of the most active volcanoes in the world and grows several meters per year. Surprisingly, it remains very popular with tourists.
