Worthy of a President
This is a picture the Union Buildings in Pretoria, the capital of South Africa (no, it's neither Cape Town nor Johannesburg).
They host the South African government but are also residence of the president, currently Jacob Zuma. Perhaps you've seen the movie Invictus (featuring Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman)? It was filmed in parts within these building.
